The organisation of the Canarias Salsa Open and Megadancers Salsa League 2023 informs that we have to postpone the event we had planned for the 1st to the 3rd of September.
After carefully assessing the situation and considering the change of venue from Puerto de la Cruz to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as the difficulties in obtaining the necessary infrastructure and equipment in time, we have come to the conclusion that the best option is to postpone the holding of this meeting in order to ensure its success.
The decision was taken after consultation with the sponsors, especially with those of the city in which it will definitely be held, the City Council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the Development Society. The protagonists of the event, competitors from the Canary Islands and European countries, were also consulted and we thank them publicly for their support and interest in participating despite the change of date.
We are committed to the quality and excellence of our productions, so we have set ourselves the task of finding a new date that suits the needs and availability of all those involved. We will be able to confirm the final date in the next few days. We will inform you in due time so that you can rearrange your agendas and join us in this experience.
We hope you will understand this decision. We know that expectations had been raised around this celebration and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. All scheduled activities and competitions will be maintained. Tickets purchased will be valid for the new date.
