The General Terms and Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between MegaDancers: European Salsa League and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 of 15 January 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible in law and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. However, MegaDancers: European Salsa League reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The purpose of the website is the online sale of vouchers and individual and group tickets.

The duration of the contract shall be linked to the performance of the event without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

As a user or client, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general terms and conditions of contract. OFFER AND VALIDITY

In compliance with current regulations MegaDancers: European Salsa League provides information on all events and activities, their characteristics and prices. However, MegaDancers: European Salsa League reserves the right to withdraw or change the activities offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the activities offered at any given time by the website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned activities.

ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS

The events and activities offered in our online shop include dates and times, characteristics as well as the contents planned for each of them.

In order to take part in the activities, all participants must know, comply with and respect the following rules and instructions:

1.- In the event of any type of accident and the reason is not having respected the rules and instructions detailed below, the organising company will not be held responsible for any damage that the client may have caused, either to private property, third parties or to himself/herself.

2.- The organising company has the necessary insurances required by law to be able to carry out the events and activities. These insurances will only be taken out when the instructions given in this manual have been respected.

3.- The instructions given by the safety and production staff of the activity must be followed to the letter at all times.

4.- Failure to comply with the above rule may result in immediate expulsion from the venue or premises, without the money being returned to any of the participants affected.

5.- In order to access the event or activities it will be necessary for clients to present the purchase documents (physical or digital), once they have paid the total cost of the contract.

6.- Although the law does not require it, in some events and activities the insurances do require the authorisation of the parent or guardian, in the event that the participant is a minor. At the time of contracting the activity you will be informed if necessary.

7.- The contracting of the activities implies the acceptance of these instructions and rules.

PRICES

All activities indicate the selling price in Euros and include the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC). If any other tax, surcharge or sales commission is applicable, this will be indicated.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

You must indicate your choice during the purchase process:

Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD

All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

Your credit card details are also entered directly on the Weezevent sales platform on the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any MegaDancers: European Salsa League server.

When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

This payment method is valid only on the website.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and re-credit entries shall be made as soon as possible on the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be liable to MegaDancers: European Salsa League for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

RIGHT OF REIMBURSEMENT AND CLAIMS

  • Cancellation

On the part of the company:

In the event that the event or activities cannot take place due to weather problems (decision to be taken by the organising company), the client will have the right to arrange another date for the activity or request a refund of the reservation.

Under no circumstances will a postponement be accepted because of unsuitable conditions at the client's home. Anyone who does not show up at the place of the activity on the grounds of bad weather will lose the right to carry out the activity.

  • Reimbursement of payment

The reimbursement of the amounts received will only be made if the suspension of the activities is due to a decision taken by the organisation. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the client.

In case of unjustified delay within the following twelve months by MegaDancers: European Salsa League, with regard to the refund of the sums paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to compensation for damages suffered in excess of this amount. In the event of unjustified delay on the part of the sales platform, the customer may only claim the amount paid.

JURISDICTION

Likewise, MegaDancers: European Salsa League reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
