Are you unable to attend the event for which you have purchased a ticket? Has the event you were going to attend been cancelled? To request a refund or a ticket exchange, please contact us via email at hi@megadancers.com to respond to your request.

The platform we use for ticket sales is Weezevent. In any case, they will not be able to refund your order without the agreement of the organiser. You should know that in accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the right of withdrawal is not provided for cases of purchase or booking of Tickets. Consequently, all orders will be considered firm and definitive.

In addition, in the purchase process, you have accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms and Conditions of the Organiser, which we invite you to review.

To facilitate the processing of your request, please do not forget to provide us with the following information:

  • E-mail address you used to place the order
  • Order number (starting with the letter C)
  • If you bought more than one ticket at the same time, please specify whether you are requesting a refund for the entire order or only for one (or more) of the tickets: in this case, please also indicate the ticket number (starting with the letter T) of the tickets for which you are requesting a refund.

For the reasons stated above, no changes of entries will be accepted.
