SUSTAINABILITY

we promote measures in favour of the environment

The world of Culture must also implement measures for a cleaner and more efficient running of events, in addition to minimising the impact on the community and the environment.

transport

  • We offer transport services and encourage the use of public transport to reduce the number of private vehicles on the roads during the event. We seek to establish a dedicated parking area to facilitate access and egress for event attendees. We encourage the use of ridesharing services, such as taxis or app-based travel services. We have a zero tolerance policy for drink-driving.

waste

  • We plan waste management prior to the event, the types of waste to be generated and the means of disposal. It is essential to sort recyclable and non-recyclable waste from the start of the event so that it can be disposed of correctly. Place separate containers or bags for each type of waste, such as plastics, glass and paper, and foodstuffs. At the end of the event, we clean up the site and remove all waste.

energy

  • We hire lighting and sound companies whose equipment is as energy efficient as possible. We switch off electrical equipment when it is not in use, avoiding its use in standby mode. We promote a culture of energy efficiency among employees and the public, informing them about energy saving and its benefits.

consumption

  • We promote responsible consumption during the organisation of the event, ensuring the use of recycled, reusable or biodegradable materials.

accessibility

  • We guarantee accessibility through the incorporation of ramps, stairs, lighting and appropriate signage.

information

  • We informed and sensitised the attendees about the measures implemented and the importance of environmental and social care.
